Description: Medium ruby. Strong aromas of stewed cherries, chocolate sauce, plums, prunes, toast and light liquorice to the nose. On the palate, a rich medley of dried fruit, featuring plums, figs, and cherries both black and red, with lightly drying tannins holding on to the fruit for a rich, ripe mouthfeel.

Grape Variety & Vineyard: 100% Shiraz from Ulupna’s own vineyard in the Goulburn Valley, Central Victoria
