Description: Deep ruby with a purple rim. The nose broods over raspberries and chocolate, while the palate comes alive with fresh and cooked raspberries, red cherries, both fresh and slightly dried, and a touch of chocolate, lightening on the finish. Full-bodied, elegant, and dry.
Grape Variety & Vineyard: Shiraz (70%)/Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), 100% from Ulupna’s own vineyard in the Goulburn Valley, Central Victoria.
