Viniviticultural Details: Maceration with the skins for 6-8 days, devatting and temperature control after fermentation at 24˚ C.
Grape Variety & Vineyard: Rosso Piceno Montepulciano and Sangiovese.
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol 14%, TA: 5,9 pH. 3.5
Eye: Intense ruby red colour with violet shades.
Nose: Scent of small red fruits, cherry, particularly of morello cherry.
Palate: Fresh and full- bodies in the mouth, with a round yet slightly tannic aftertaste.
Food Matches: Gnocchi with duckling sauce, tagliolini with hare meat sauce. Also excellent with sausages, white meat and seasoned cheeses.
