Overview: Vineyards are located in the hilly territory of Jesi Castles

Viniviticultural Details: Fermentation without the skin, following the “hyper-reduction” technique with temperature control during fermentation at 16˚C - 17˚C

Grape Variety: Pure Verdicchio

Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol. 14%,  TA: 6,2  pH. 3.3 

Eye: Straw-yellow with buoyant green shade

Nose: Very clean and clear with reminders of chlorophyll, tropical fruit, anise and light sage

Palate: Tender and warm, yet with a crisp acidity that gradually diminishes and twists into the typical aftertaste of sweet almonds. Fairly good persistence.

Food Matches: Best served with savoury seafood dishes, stockfish and excellent with white meat and hard cheeses.

Conclusion: Ready-to-drink wine, pleasantly fresh but with a structure that permits a short-term refinement, from 3 to 5 years at the most.
