Overview: This Chardonnay of Ulupna is a wine born from the collaboration between a winery with a tradition of over 50 years and a vineyard area of 50 ha in the south of the Marche region.

Viniviticultural Details: Medium-hill vineyard (150 m asl) recently planted 10 years, exposed to the north-east, soil of  medium-textured soil tending to calcareous ideal for white grape varieties with very low yield per hectare, 7 Ton/ha. maximum. The planting space includes 3300 vines/ha, training system Guyot.

Eye: Shiny white with bright yellow reflections

Nose: Intense aromas, typical bouquet with hints of yellow-freshed fruit

Palate: Wine of good structure, elegance and well-balanced

Food Matches: Fish appetizers, white meat, seafood risotto and Parmigiano Reggiano 30 months.
